Hi Robin

I presume you were clarifying my clumsy wording ... but, just to be sure I
understand you:

Does ELF90 fully conform to the Fortran90 standard as far as you are aware ?

Is it a fully functioning compiler, ie. can one produce working programs in
the Fortran90 standard ?

By subset compiler, do you mean it omits the old constructs ?

As LF90 is a subset compiler, it cannot be called "fully functioning".
That said, it omits the old constructs. The new F90 features
are supported.
