I assume that we can continue to use copies of ELF90 v3.0 that were legally
downloaded before the policy changed.
On a related note, unless one wanted the academic version (~$79) just for
teaching, it is not clear to me why anyone would want to pay $195 for ELF90
v4.0 when LF95 Express is available for $199 from Fujitsu or $249 from Lahey.
