This helped g77 to compile the program. Note that I had the same I/O flushing
problem with g77 as with lf95. This is strange cause there is no such problem
with gcc, which is the same as g77. A small part of the mpich library was
compiled with lf95 when I built it, so that maybe a reason. Also, maybe g77
handles I/O with its own library, separate from gcc...
