Hear! Hear! ... or is it Here! Here! I forget which standard to apply in
this case.
It is possible to write good, readable, usable code using GOTO. It is also
possible to write bad, convoluted, unmaintainable code using the latest
language elements.
Enough already! (And I grew up with that language element in North Dakota.)

Dear all,
As a spectator on the sidelines, it is obvious that there
are at least two classes (sets) of Fortran users in this
wrangle about loops, cyles and gotos. The difference is one
of mental approach, and neither is fully correct.
That someting is formally correct doesn't make it easier to use.
That something is easier to use doesn't make it free of pitfalls.
But haven't we aired this GOTO business enough?
