Dear All:
In Lahey FORTRAN90, one can pack one's procedure into a module
for further use. In this case, one need to compile it into a *.mod
When one need to use that module again, one can simply link it.
Then, how about *.lib? How to create and use that?
Now, consider *.dll. *.dll can be used ONLY when one complier
one's code into a WIN excutable, so, it seems to me that it is
more LIMITED comparing with *.mod. Since one can link those procedures
in *.mod into DOS or WIN excutable. So, what's the benefit for
compile one's procedures into a *.dll not just *.mod?
Thanks
