Lahey support never replies : Manual license activation

I want to activate the Lahey Fortran license activate manually. Surprisingly, Lahey support and sale never replies back. I am tired of sending mails to them. Is there any catch?

On Thursday 12/15/2005, we received a manual activation request from you. We replied that same day with your new activation codes. Since then we have not received any emails from you. I noticed that the activation request was sent through our email spam filter with "Lahey Computer Systems email filter" as the subject so perhaps my email back to you got lost for some reason and your subsequent requests are also being filtered wrongly as spam. Please send a new manual activation request with "Lahey Computer Systems email filter" as the subject and I will give you new activation codes promptly.
