about the way of using the software

i unstalled the software on my pc.for the virus and the hard disk ,i had to unstall twice .at the first ,it noticed "you unstall on the other pc";the second ,it notices "your ID is register too much".how can i deal this problem?thx!!!

It sounds like you have run out of activation codes. You are granted two of these activation codes and when you have used them it will not let you activate any further. To fix this send the following information in an email to support@lahey.com:

1. Full Name

2. Serial Number of Lahey Product

And I can clear another activation for you.

Full Name means both your first and last (family) name.
