My colleagues and I are using a program compiled with Lahey Fortran 90 v3.50a. We need the lf90.eer file, but no longer have access to that version of the compiler. I have the lf90.eer file from the Lahey Fortran 90 v4.0x. Is that file usable with our program compiled with v3.50a?

I have LF95 v5.6h installed, but we do not wish to recompile the program because the software qualification process would require at least 6 months of effort due to the onerous procedures we have.

Thanks for any help.

The LF90 v4.0 lf90.eer file won't be compatible with the LF90 v3.5 executable.

The executable should still run but won't produce an error message, just the error number.

Lahey technical support may be able to supply the lf90.eer file from LF90 v3.5. Send a request to support@lahey.com with your registered Lahey product serial number(s).
