Problem printing help Subtopics

I wonder if anybody encountered similar problem when trying to print from the online help[Lahey-Fujitsu Fortran v7.1]. Starting from the "Start" menu, I used the following sequence to get to the Fortran Help:-

Start | Programs | Lahye-Fujitsu Fortran v7.1 | Documentation | LF Fortran | Help |

and then I select a help topic. If I select "File" and then "Print Topic", I have no problem printing the selected topic. But if I select "File" and then "Print Topic and Subtopics", then I would get an error message saying that "The operation could not be completed". I tried on 2 computers and got the same error message.

Please help.

Using an LF Enterprise v7.1 installation on Windows XP Pro the topics and sub-topics of the LF Fortran Help print as expected.

Post any information you have about the system on which the error is generated.

Thanks for the reply. I am using Windows 2000 Pro and LF Professional v7.1, for both computers at work and at home, when I got the problem of printing subtopics.

I tested printing on Windows 2000 using both Visual Studio and the LF Fortran Help applications. Both printed as expected. It will be difficult for us to determine the cause of this problem since we can not reproduce it. Which version of LF are you using, Academic, Express, Professional or Enterprise?
