Carriage returns?

Am attempting to write-out a large set of numbers in one record and on one line but the line wraps after about 80 characters. Is there anyway of controlling this line-wrapping feature?

I can think of a couple of reasons that this might occur. One is that the editor you are using is doing the wrapping. Another is that you are using a format that is limiting the line length.
