Visual Studio: Customized toolbars get reset to the default

Symptoms
Customized VS toolbars get reset to the default when the integration package is either installed or uninstalled.
Cause
Implementation of Visual Studio Fortran integration.
Workaround
None - customizations to toolbars will need to be manually re-done. Make note of your customizations before modifying, repairing, or removing/uninstalling the product.
