How do I install and use LF Academic v7?

The Academic version of LF only includes the LF Fortran .NET compiler, so you'll need to obtain all the pre-requisites via your Microsoft Alliance membership.

IIS is required for ASP.NET support. If you do not want to use ASP.NET, choose "Ignore" when the installation program dialog about IIS appears.

The .NET Framework is required for any .NET application made with LF Fortran .NET.

Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 is recommended, but not required as
you can use the LF compiler from the command line. To take full advantage of .NET you will need VS .NET 2003. VS .NET includes the .NET Framework.
