When I try to use LM (the Library Manager) and type the command "LM mylib /PA:16384;" I get the error "invalid command entered". What is wrong?

The source of the problem is a typo on page 74 of Revision F of the Lahey Fortran 90 User's Guide. There should not be a space between "mylib" and "/".
